Jan. 20-25: Living Happily With Your Lower Back with Judith Hanson Lasater. This is the annual retreat at Mount Madonna Center. I love to start the year with Judith and Co. in beautiful Watsonville, Ca. Carol Balfe and I have a great time as assistants. Feb. 10: Anatomical Geography: Mapping the Bony Landmarks of the Body. I'll be offering anatomy, physiology and kinesiology workshops for the Art of Balance Yoga Studio's 200-hour Teacher Training again this year. Apr. 27 to May 1: Taking Refuge: Coming Home to Ourselves with Judith Hanson Lasater. Every spring (for a decade now) I head to Yellow Springs, Ohio, to recharge my batteries. Judith has been teaching in "the Village" for about 35 years. Chattanooga, TN. Don't know what I am teaching yet. I imagine it'll have something to do with anatomy, physiology, kinesiology and yoga practice.
Oct. 11-13: I'm returning to
YogaPlace/Yoga Central
in Canton, OH. I'll definitely be teaching anatomy and asana. I'm also offering a Dharma talk. Will keep y'all posted as we figure it out.
