YOGA FOR YOU: DEVELOPING A PERSONAL PRACTICE 
Monday's and Tuesday's, 6:00 - 7:30 p.m.

ASANA FOR BETTER BODY BALANCE
Tuesday's, 9:30 - 11:00 a.m.

Learn to practice Hatha Yoga for your body, mind and spirit. Syllabus-based class. Each week includes instruction in yogic philosophy, asana, pranayama and relaxation techniques. Audio recordings of home practice series provided via email to class members. Max. class size = 6.  
Mary's Private Studio

Learn to develop muscle strength, balance and body awareness. Practice breathing and relaxation techniques to reduce stress. Each week, students receive handout of a home practice series. Well-suited to those new to yoga or seeking a more gently paced class. Max. class size = 6.

We work together to identify and develop a strategy for meeting your goals, whether you are interested in exploring your personal yoga practice or seeking an accessible, tailor-made plan of self-care to address a wellness concern.

I am available by appointment during the following hours:
Tuesday's from noon to 4 p.m.
Wednesday's from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Thursday's from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Saturday's and Sunday's vary.
